Initiate Your Request
Log into your N2N account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point ensuring that all original tags and packaging are intact.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
